Joerger was good, but starting Prince that entire series was just idiotic.
Hollinger did a great job. Pretty much every move made them better.
Pera is fast becoming one of the worst owners. One of those guys who wants to be more than he is

He a young nikka with money, he trying to be outchea living it
it's z-bo and TA. they both have to go. they're becoming liabilities on/off the court.Pera bossing up living up to the we don't bluff slogan...
He didn't fire Hollins just offered a lifetime assistant coach... Lifetime assistant coach money. Hollins thought he was more worthy than he really was and he still doesn't have a job because he the type of nikka that don't know his place.
Levien is in the same boat... Running around pulling strings like he Kevin Spacey in house of cards.
Hollinger has been the smartest man in the franchise since being hired.

As for all this drama... The Grizz need to be overhauled. The main pieces are there but there are a lot of mismatch players, and clashing styles. The lack of fast breaks and easy points kills us. We are never gonna raise a banner putting up 80 every night.
Championship or Bust. It used to just be a Yankee thing. Now everybody feels that way. We should examine how that's messing up sports. It's infuriating how these front office execs are so consistently myopic. By nature, at least two teams in that 3-6 range who have aspirations of making the conference finals or better will "underachieve" (i.e., lose in Round 1) in the West every year as long as it remains such a competitive conference. Of course this season, it happened to be three and even stretched to the 7-spot (MEM, GSW, HOU).
The fact that Memphis suffered a horrific slew of injuries early in the year yet still managed to win 50 games and lose a competitive series to a superior team who had the benefit of home court advantage is apparently unworthy of consideration.
Zbo, maybe because of the contract, but TA? The only reason they give OKC problems is because of his defense on Durant.it's z-bo and TA. they both have to go. they're becoming liabilities on/off the court.
