The truth of the matter is neither side really gives a shyt about abortions a lot of them have had abortions or have taken someone to have an abortion.

It's a political talking point to rile up a base of self righteous bible thumping hypocrites.

The conservative right side play it to perfection too. You care so much about abortion, but then you want to strip the very healthcare that will help provide for those newborns and children, you care so much but want to strip and defund most public education, you care so much but you don't want to put initiatives in place that train law enforcement that kills innocent people who are mostly young, etc.

Those people aren't pro life they are pro birth until the responsibility falls on them to do anything and then it's you need to pull yourself up by the bootstraps.
