the money for Meltzer (and the rest of them for that matter) is in making WWE look bad, not being accurate. The type of people who spend 12 bucks a month on that shyt are not the type of people going to WWE shows, lets be real here.

U sign Keith Lee, one of the hottest free agents in wrestling, have him do a great debut. Instead of having him wrestle again on Dynamite the following week, u put him in a stupid pre tape and have him look stupid an have him gettin punked out. Then u decide to have his 2nd match on the B show Rampage against some fat sloppy Indy guy AND LET THE DUDE GET ACTUAL OFFENSE ON KEITH LEE. Next u put him in a fukkin ladder match wit two other hosses and have him LOSE IN HIS FIRST PPV MATCH WITH THE COMPANY. This WCW/Bret Hart levels of misuse. I DARE any AEW Stan to defend this.

It didn’t even make sense to the feud. MJF would’ve been like 8 when this dude was in basketball shorts in ROH. This Fire Burns and his early WWE look would’ve been more appropriate. Yeah I get paying homage to ROH too with the sale but then they overestimated how many of their fans knew what it was in reference to :yeshrug:
