If it leads to something bigger than it's cool but until then it's more talking. I still don't like Melo playing for Team USA. It ain't a good look at all especially since he's the one that's "leading" the new movement.
Again, there's one solution/obstacles; do white people, aka the people with the most political capital outside of corporations, care about this?
And they don't. The shootings are increasing and middle America have the same bullshyt excuses.
I rather NBA pay for new schools in poor black neighborhoods than sit out. The NBA players sitting out is pretty unrealistic. It's a cute idea, but, nobody asking/demanding NBA players to sit would even take a stand come to work a hour late "for the cause." So, I'm against ppl demanding others to be better ppl than they are.
In the end; black ppl need to separate (at least economically) from mainstream America, because they keep showing us how little of a damn they give about them.

It's not huge but he's been building basketball courts in Puerto Rico for years too. The charitable stuff just doesn't get major publicity.
