He is because the type of contracts that Houston signed Lin and Asik to are not normal in any way at all. They are a lot different than just regular backloaded contracts and are done that way just for the reason of fukkin up the teams cap situation down the line so that they wont match. Lin's teammates know the deal & Melo speaking up for how he & the rest of his squad feel. I couldve respected Melo's comments IF he was looking out for his team (salary cap, team unity, NYK's future) but he wasnt. He was really just throwin salt on Lin.
