Is he lying? How many passes Chris Paul get?

hawks fans were comparing him to Josh Smith on here that's how absurd some of these people are.

josh smith is much more well rounded and a way better defensive player than melo

if his jumper wasn't broke it wouldn't even be a contest

The bulls roster > the Knicks roster.
How? Let's keep a couple of things a buck

for one. If Melo would have gone, then Taj would have to leave, and they would not have had Pau. Because a sign and trade would have been the only way Melo would have been able to go.

SO you're looking at

PG: Rose (No one knows if he will stay healthy, and has looked bad)
SG: Butler
SF:Melo
PF: (???) Boozer gone.
C: Joakim

ADD to the fact that they would have been cap hostage with Rose being paid what he is. Joakim, and Melo. So no added help.

Knicks will have Bargs and Stat off the book this year, in a pretty deep FA class. Where is the better chance? long term or short term?

So you think it's a debate as to who has the better supporting case between the Knicks and the Bulls?

Absolutely. The biggest variable is the assumption that Rose will

A) Stay Healthy
B) Return to being the 2011 top 2 Player MVP

If Rose goes down again this year ( :to:)

Bulls are right back where they started.

If Rose stays healthy and returns to form then theres no debate. But he hasnt stayed healthy, and he hasnt looked anything like his former self.

That's a big gamble to ask a man to do. 42 million dollar paycut, AND no promise of your wingman retaining his health. :usure:

It'd be one thing if Rose had been looking like his 2011 self, and had no history of injuries, but he's played what? 20 something games in the last 2 seasons?

Earlier this week, he said he was motivated to return to New York, in part, due to "unfinished business."
