Classic move for black chicks once they've been run through or their "come up" attempts have been thwarted by black men. They know that their reputation is pretty tainted amongst black men. And if not flat out tainted, its at least questionable.

With non-black men, she has a clean slate since she's almost a new commodity to them since she made her name in the hip hop world. Plus, black women know that non-black men tend to be more "generous" than their black male counterparts. Its part of the "provider" culture that most non-black men come from.

And this move isn't just for celebrity chicks. Everyday black chicks do this as well. I've seen several chicks who have a user car image with black men start going to "new spots" and get treated like they're fresh off the lot with a non-black male crowd.

But if she continues her "I'm so smart for a former video ho" line, then she'll quickly be smutted out and tossed into the same bushes that black men threw her in.

Another example would be Bria Myles. Not saying she's on the level of Superhead in terms of her activities or her persona. But she's now with an awkward looking white dude after her peak of "success" and not being in the spotlight anymore.

Let's be real, would Bria Myles be dating the guy she's with now in the mid-2000s when she was the hottest commodity in the hip hop world? When she was dating this rapper and that actor. When she was plastered across every hip hop magazine? I highly doubt it. She's another example of a chick who probably thought her 15 minutes would last forever, and they ended up lasting just 15 minutes. That reality hits and its a wrap in terms of the pull these women used to have.
