Because she looks the part. She's blond, attractive and they thought she could play multiple roles at NBC. Host the morning show, maybe do some real news segments here or there, etc. So they shytcanned a black woman and gave Kelly the job and a ridiculous contract. Pure retarded logic on NBC's part lol.
This is true. The problem out here is people treat these news organizations like they’re fukkin gangs or some shyt lol. These people bounce around all the time. Megyn Kelly just got super popular on Fox and she left because Fox fans didn’t like her no more and NBC offered her the bag. NBC hired her at the height of her popularity even though it was mixed. If she was just some regular reporter from Fox that got the same job at NBC then nobody would care. NBC fukked up bu replacing a good looking black woman who was doing well there with Megyn Kelly
They hired because all the money they would make as an adversary to the current administration would be more than any loss incurred by hiring that moron.
