Basically firms do all types of focus groups on TV/film/politics/etc figures and she had some of the worst numbers with women, ever. You have a source on this? Every article I've read that even dares to estimate the cost of letter her go put it at 100 mil or less and one article said the loss to Disney overall was minimal and it possibly saved them advertisers in the long run. This was not a L in the long term.
