Outliers happen all the time. I'm talking about whats GENERALLY the case. Generally when the father is black the kids look blacker than when the mother is black. Now this doesn't hold up 100% of the time. But its the case more times than not.

Colorism mainly exists within the black community. Other black people give black folks with lighter skin more privileges. Its not as prevalent with whites because white people classify all black people the same.

And once again there are more dark skin black people in this country than light skin/mixed black people. Thus just based off numbers you will see more dark skin brothas being harassed by the police than light skin. Doesn't mean it doesn't happen to light skin brothas as well in the same proportions.

Blacks have no power to give lightskin people privledge.
