Not obviously. Prime Megan Fox was bad as it gets. A true 9/10. Only thing keeping her from dime status was a fatter ass.

I personally have never been into Lori Harvey's face. Looks empty in there. Like she got no soul. Also her eyes don't scream freak the way Megan Fox did. To me Lori Harvey is at best an 8. And mostly off the strength of her body being ideal.

Before she had the work done she was at best an 8. More accurately a 7.5.
