The Legacy Collection got announced today for the PS4/XB1/Switch/PC, but it's gonna be split into two separate titles cause Capcom is all about nickel-n-diming it's fanbase.

They should split it .fukk I wish I could buy them individually. I've made the decision to buy part 2 for switch since I have 1-6 on wii and I've played 1-3 dozens of time. This is my first playthrough of 4.

I doubt it will be a physical release, probably download only . At this point I'd play 4 on switch. If 5-6 are equally or as good as 4 I'm willing to bite the bullet for 5-8.

Only X game I got was 6. Hard as hell on some areas, especially the Gate levels.

Megaman Zero is better.

1, 2, and 4 were the best ones. :salute:
3 and 5 were alright :ehh:
Stay away from 6 and 7 :whoa:
I'm told that X8 is actually pretty decent :jbhmm:

I want to say that the X1 had the best level design since beating a level would affect the environment in other levels (example, beating the Storm Eagle stage will cause a power outage in Spark Mandrill's stage, and so on).
X2 was underrated. It actually had some creative levels and a great soundtrack, the first game just overshadowed it.

Those anime cutscenes in X4 were comedy in retrospect :russ:

:lolbron: In hindsight X5 was pretty mid. X3 had problems too, but at least that game lets you actually play it.

You didn't have to worry about your navigator constantly pausing the game to tell you a bunch of obvious stuff :unimpressed:

And that submarine stage :snooze:

No anime cutscenes :martin:

...the whole game just felt like a worse Mega Man X4. :snoop:
