I’m not a lawyer but I think that’s what is gonna sink her. If they can’t prove that this deal is significantly worse than standard or prove something illegal about the deal or how it was signed, she’s not going to get out of this.

I was reading at first like 60/40 is what you’re gonna get cause your a new artist and they took that chance, then it said she has to pay for all expenses out of her own pocket with her 40%
