He fukked up by not doing the Quality Control method, P manages the artists on the label as well. If 300 and Jay didn't get in her hear none of this would've happened.

Even Beyonce's last album didn't do as well as expected and I doubt that she's gonna jump on a million remixes to help Meg. All Jay's gonna do is load up her album with a shytload of expensive features and produces and Meg's gonna have to live off touring. But since Jigga signs 360 deals he's gonna get a piece of that as well.

The Roc is the new Death Row records.
Basically it is like refinancing a home loan if Jay buys the contract outright, she will be free from the old management, but she has to pay back the new Roc loan before she can get any real payout.
Jay could eat off her music and she gets scraps....she probably on her Mama's health insurance too...smh
The record label and management company are two different things though. Also he given a lot of deals to washed up 90’s artist. I haven’t heard any artist outside of Rita Ora complain about her deal, and even that wasn’t about money she felt the label didn’t push her or give her the attention they gave other artist.
