Damn....
How you a famous and can't write a decent diss?
I'd say the same shyt I've been saying. Reference Tracks and GhostWriting in Rap, R&B, Soul ect... has always been a part of this industry. Once you step in the booth, your creative process is giving assistance. Prince had to fight Warner Bros. for his creative control at the age of 19 for his first album. Don't believe the hype of the Jay Z and lil Wayne don't write, that's a lie. They recite a verse, it's recorded and the listen to that verse over and over again until they have it memorized. These nikkas are not geniuses.I wonder what would people say if drake had exposed meek for having a ghostwriter
Aye that shyt kinda fire
WeongGood point. Benzino was dead in the public's eye from the first bar. I'm impartial because I don't really like Meek or Drake as artists but with Em and Benzino there was literally nothing Benzino could say to win that battle - especially being a lower tier rapper. Meek may have a point about Drake stealing flows and lyrics but Meek already lost to non hip hop fans and Drake stans. The only way Meek can recover is if he has legit dirt or real exposure for Drake and backs it up with bars, flow, even more aggression and (hate to say this but) a danceable beat.
Did you forget Jay-Z vs Jim JonesThis is the most goddamn awful beef in rap history
A semi-skilled rapper with the knowledge Meek has on Drake would have ended his career. Hell 50 for example would have ended Drake's career w/ his theatrics alone. Honestly, Meek is a big part of the problem in Hip Hop. Too many average to below average one dimensional nikkas getting shine when 15 years ago, they would have been Noriega.Meek should've stayed focused on the diss. Keep it on Drake's authenticity. Dismantle the shots sent towards him, and then use those speeches. shyt. He coulda even used the Tuna Sandwich video and the Too Good vine as ammo, on some The Warning by Eminem shyt. THEN he should've went at him for questioning why every time someone new signs to OVO, they don't blow but HIS style changes, ducking Kendrick, and how The Weeknd basically gave him a style to run with. Bring up how he got slapped by Diddy and never bossed up, maybe even add in the Mia Khalifa fukkery too. Just be straight disrespectful.
Dunno though. In the public eye, he was dead as soon as he sent out the first tweet.

Cassidy won lyrically but look back on this board and everywhere else that's not the popular opinion .
And stop with the ghostwriter over nonsense , a real hiphop head knows a lot of rappers Do songs with inputs from others also if you give credit it's not a ghostwriter ) the tracks show drake doesn't even use most of the lines that QM uses so it's not like dre or Diddy it's more a collaboration , we don't know how drake shapes and creates songs , maybe since he was on tour they were sending stuff back and forth and all we hearing is quentins part . I find it hard to believe that drake wasn't exposed years ago if he couldn't write.
