Being in a actual war zone city must be terrifying, the anxiety that your house can be bombed, collateral damage.
What's the difference though? Have you been to north philly. Plenty of people suffering from PTSD from what they've seen living there.

I’ve posted on here with what I consider having some form of ptsd while growing up. Seeing a car get shot up and having the people try in run in our house and then jumping in our flower bed. The other as I was walking home after school and while waiting to cross the street this guy pulls up in his car pulls out a gun and starts shooting in the air ten feet away from me, I think that one was the icing on the cake.The only similarities would be to experience ptsd from senseless violence. But being in a foreign country and having to deal with the numerous threats.Homesickness and dealing with the physical and the mental ramifications of war.In war anything goes and it just intensifies the experience.
