the arc system works models look better. This looks like they ripped the models /animation from xenoverse. Still copping though on day one.
Dragon ball fighterz has some great looking animations. DBZ kakkorot looks like its using that same animation that they've used since budakai.

But I'm hopeful that the game will be good.

Kakarot is going to have much larger stages, many more 3d models and content than Fighterz. It would take a very long time to make everything look like that.

And DBFZ is a Guilty Gear XRD carbon copy anyways

Like there wasn't a huge jump from the blocky animation style of Budokai 1 to the rough ugly thick black outine cel shaded style of the Gamecube version and Budokai 2

Graphics aside

Budokai 1 2 and 3 all have the same stiff looking character animations. Xenoverse looks just as stiff with the gameplay sped up, down to the characters feeling weightless and looking like they are standing on air instead of floating and flying.
