That said, i feel both of them (minus the ad hominems). On one hand, Mechee is right: the way she does things- on a shoe string budget- i could see 200k being unreasonable in her mind. Otoh, the way Tariq does things-top shelf- I could see it not being enough.

We're talking about economies of scale. Mechee going city to city may net, tops, 200-300 ppl. It's easier to find a black owned venue that can fit that number of people. Cheaper to plan per city, etc. Tariq may get thousands bc he's bringing everybody to one city. Like he said, he needs insurance, etc, real big money shyt.

That obnoxious ratchet Meechie X is NOT getting 300 people to show up to her low budget events. This chick gets about 20 to 25 people max to come to her "conferences".

This won’t well despite both parties saying the “agenda” is the leader. I support everyone involved, but I can admit they all have egos...they’re only human. As sensitive as Tariq is and as impulsive as Yvette is, it’s only a matter of time before they fall out. I’m hoping they can all come together under the central Ados banner. The “fba” thing is goofy as hell, I wish Tariq would just put his support behind Yvette/Tone. Everything doesn’t need to be monetized. He has his documentaries and the music, why create an Ados duplicate when there’s absolutely no need for it other then to cash in.

I’m not one bit surprised but I think Tone will be quicker to offense (vs Yvette) when he realizes that Tariq tried to highjack a movement for personal & financial gain. Their faces will be cracked again when Byron Allen gives them his a$$ to kiss in the future.

And I agree, just hold everything under the ADOS moniker, give Tone/Yvette their recognition for revitalizing our commitment to reparations and call it a day. Truthfully, Tone & Yvette should’ve never connected with Tariq. Dr. Darity, Dr. Kevin Crosby & Dr. Claud Anderson are much better fits.
