more dont hurt :manny: the issue is overeating in general

my old manager was skinny as a rail and ate a steak, 3 beers, and a pack marlboro reds for lunch and dinner for 25 years :whew:

im on that steak and eggs (as every meal) diet

surprisingly im cutting fat and not constipated.

there's so much misinformation about meat that I don't know what's true anymore. everyone shyts on red meat but eating steak every day has me like :lawd:

Yep, I think some people have shytty genetics and are kind of screwed no matter what they eat. Other people have good genetics and will live to be 90 regardless. Personally I've never had to diet or count calories (always been scrawny) but I have to watch my sodium intake since I'm prone to high blood pressure. :sadcam:

But that said, I think too many unhealthy carbs (white bread, pasta, white rice, etc.) is much worse than meat as far as weight control.

I agree with this. There is only so much you can do. I have a female cousin who is in good shape and has High BP. I had to cut back on my sodium and start amping up cardio and trimming down because I'm skirting the line. I have homies I played football with on the O and D lines who are fat as fukk and never had problems. To each their own, I guess.

Morning: Sausages(2) and eggs(4)

Afternoon: Cheeseburgers(2)

Night: Chicken Thighs(3-4)

2100 Calories, 180 or so grams of protein

That's how we roll.
