I eat poultry/seafood on pretty much a daily basis. And for dudes worried about cholesterol and whatnot, seafood in particular is good in that regard. The types of fats that fish has (particularly fatty fish like salmon) are known to be very good for your heart.
I rarely eat beef (once a week or less), and pretty much never eat pork.
That said, generally speaking, I think eating the wrong types of carbs (too much sugar, bread, etc.) is generally worse than meat.
