nikka I miss the night before caribana when you'd spend the whole night on Yonge Street Hollering at bytches.

All those Freaknik style events were the opposite of clubs it was all about hollering at hoes.

Damn I feel for young nikkas That PRD parade slowly killed all of that shyt.

:whew: chicks were ready to get chosen

Brehs the game is changing, we just have to accept it. I remember as a youngin you could finger a chick on the dance floor, and make one with her. Then of course get her number and smash at a later date

Once we hit the 21+ spots it was the same. Women were still twerking, and maybe even make out with a chick if y’all were drunk enough. Now then days are gone:mjcry:either remember the good times or hit the Caribbean/African spots

Good times for real.

It was a pretty good feeling when a brehette would grab your wrist, pull you on the dance floor, dance with you for a bit to build up that energy, and then start kissing up on you.

I don't even see how that can happen in today's club environment.

And going more into your fingering comment, brehettes use to straight up violate me back in the day when some of them would straight up grab my dikk as I was walking past them in a club :mjlol:

Brehs the last good time to go clubbing was 2008-2015ish before social media had a real presence and nobody was recording or going live or any other bullshyt. You only pulled out your phone to bag a bytch or call your boys for backup if a tussle about to go down. :wow:

now everyone too cool and go to the club to look like they back home in the living room bored af. :mjlol:

Clubs are too loud to spit game.

Back in the day when they had VIP Rooms you could spit, now you better shoot your shot while going in or coming out.

parking lot pimpin' has been a thing for a generation now.

your local bar>>>>these atl lounges hosted by so and so rapper/ig thot

maaan2007-2015 was the end of the era...im glad i had my fun

ATL, but rasied in DMV
This remind me alot of those old DC Go Go days, except we were dancing. But they couldn't stop fighting, at least when Go Go first started. That's why I didn't go to too many, plus I was a remnant of George Clintons' Funk Mob, plus those Go Go bands never mentioned my hood, except NW (which was the roughest at the time), but I was still a young child when we moved to PG. Although I was partying since the Hustle was out, I could dance off of Go Go the best for some reason.

Tbh, although you wouldn't catch me in any of these clubs in Atlanta, not even before the pandemic, I'd probably feel safer in one of those clubs, than I would in one of those DC Go Go joints back in the day, You had to go there at least two or three deep. Chuck Browns Go Go's were the only ones were you didn't have to worry about too many fights, and those days came later, when he reclaimed Go Go. But on the other hand, after hearing about how they shoot up rappers in Atlanta, Atlanta may have those Go Go's beat when it comes to the shootings, not that DC didn't have their share.

I gave up on hip hop clubs a long time ago . Not competing with you clowns at that bottle/section nonsense.

My options now days are

1. Carribean/Soca spot
2. Bar/Lounge
3. Strip club and straight up pay for some action as a last resort.

to be honest its mostly AA black clubs..not trying to sound cooonish..but its the truth..no hate.

mixed crowd night clubs/soca still lit
It's not c00nish at all if it's true. The last time I had a good time at a club was a mixed club. People were just vibing and having fun. Not trying to show other people how much fun they're having

I think general consensus is that Caribbean clubs and Latin clubs are where the real dancing happens. At least that's what I hear, somebody need to speak on this.

I'd say brehs just out having a good time with the brehs, but damn ain't none of y'all bringing no hoes back home?:picard:

Man, regardless of covid or not, I can't imagine paying to see a show where the artist is on stage with 100 other people and sounds nothing like the radio and then just basically doing karaoke because he's singing over the CD
Yeah I learned quickly that concerts/ club performance ain’t shyt. You can’t even hear shyt. And it’s packed and musty. shyt is a big scam if I ever seen one.
