And even if I did die young, who'd care
All I ever got was mean mugs and cold stares

And smokin' weed was an everyday thang in my household
And drinkin' liquor til' you out cold
And though I'm grown now, nikka it's still on - Pow!
Bustin on them nikkas 'til they gone
How many more jealous ass bytches, comin' for my riches

:wow:

MATW=Off the Wall
AEOM=Thriller

Both classics, but MATW hit more with the core fans while AEOM was the crossover success with a bunch of hits.

i like 7DT better than AEOM but only because of the filler tracks. I put AEOM as my 3rd favorite Pac album behind MATW and 7DT then Thug Life.

S4MN I played to death on cassette. Slept on to me was that and Thug Life. Post death was the one with the Outlawz and the R U Still Down.

Best was between All Eyez and Me Against

My top 3 of all time, albums, it's still so hard between All Eyez On Me, but I give the edge to Me Against The World, as a more tightly wound piece of work, where All Eyez is like a sprawling bacchanal of all of Pac's excesses.

I prefer Life After Death to Ready to Die. That's not to say that RTD isn't a good album (it has a bunch of classics on it), but I love the cinematic production on LAD and Biggie's flow/lyricism/delivery went up another level. There are only three songs on the album that I don't like.
Yeah, LAD was Biggie hitting his stride. His voice and flow were both doper and more polished, and the production had gone up a notch as well. I'm real torn on whether or not I think it's objectively "better" than RTD. The purist in me wants to say RTD is better but there's no question that I listen to LAD more than RTD, and I do think LAD is the best double album that's been made in hip-hop.
