it was confirmed by pac himself that he made a me against the world part 2 but it wasn't called that but it was songs that was introspective profound content like in the vein of me against the world part 2 but it was not title that he had several albums done just waiting to release them.
he said this in a interview with sway from the the wake up show / in april or may of 1996.
