The McDonalds near my neck of the woods recently putting up promotions on the windows of free fries and drinks every Tuesday, Friday, Sunday if people order through the mobule phone app than go to cashier. :francis:

It's a new game with new rules out here. :francis:
:yeshrug:Incentivize folks into using that shyt to break old habits of hitting the counter. Its not a bad idea from the standpoint of lowering the ordering time so more is spent on cooking. For every pro, there is the con, though.

For every job replaces a new job is made. There’s a video on YouTube that talked about laughable things today that were once jobs back in the day!
:francis:You do realize that we have also hit a point where research is faster than ever before, and the population is larger than ever before, therefore the issues of solving productivity logjams are better than ever. USA has been a service economy for the masses for a long time.

What happens when most peoples services are not required? Good luck bringing back textiles or cobbling, as some machine can do it all cheaper than you ever can. Most technological innovations come about due to fulfilling a need. Putting people out of work is a want. Whole different ballgame.

There are entire ghost towns throughout the USA where there is nothing for people to do besides work at 4 Dollar Generals in the area...

There are entire towns where there is nothing for people to do besides work in the prison system...

To build human capital takes money...

Money that people don't have and capitalists don't like to invest in...because it eats in their profits...

And damn sure the American government ain't gonna do it because...most people think

"Well if everybody gets new job skills...then who is gonna be the janitors and the car washers..."

There are no new jobs for somebody that works at McDonalds...or a coal miner...or a janitor...or a cashier...

Their jobs will replaced by machines that do it faster and cheaper...

And they ain't gonna have the money or the time to go learn how to make a damn robot...

It's crazy in 2018 so many young black people are upset at people fighting for a living wage.

Cause...don't you know...

All of us are just Jay Z and Lebron James in the making...

You know what's better than one Black millionaire...two Black millionaires...

Black Excellence....:lolbron:

While our mothers, fathers, aunts and uncles and cousins depend on these jobs to get by...:francis:

Yall better prepare for the revolution...the shyt is coming...Elon Musk bytch ass gotta be drawn and quartered outchea...:wow:

That's exactly what they are moving towards, i believe Brazil has had it since 2001.

Brazil has it for the poorest of the poor...

Even Cherokee Indians here have universal basic income...

A lot of countries have trials...

The thing is...it's cheaper just to give people jobs...than give them free money...

We can have a federal job guarantee...

There's plenty of shyt that this country needs...

UBI is just a way for capitalists to maintain a consumer base...that's why they are all for it...

How long will it be until we get rid of the bootlick mentality that poor people deserve to be poor and don't deserve a livable wage? I've noticed a lot of coli brehs saying working in fast food restaurants don't deserve a good wage because it's a starter job and should find higher paying jobs, but we wonder why there's unemployment increase and poverty while the 1% gets richer. Yall use principle to justify how American capitalism works, but principle doesn't have everyone's mouths fed.

Breh, faccccccts. Infrastructure alone could keep the company working for damn near forever. Old bridges, roads, telecom lines, railroads that are antiquated...a national effort could fukk around and have everybody eating.

However, this is a country of selfish folks who don't mind if shyt is fukked up, as long as it does not effect them.
