Bradley has bad footwork (not setting his feet, no diagonal movment), can't counterpunch, and doesn't change angles when being pressed. Floyd is the best in this generation at all 3.
Bradley's strategy was effective in the first 4 rounds when he would change angles on Pacquiao's approaches, forcing him to reset instead of punch. And he hit pacquiao with body-head combos whenever he wanted. But Bradley got rocked a few times and turned defensive, trying to rope a dope a sneaky big shot but he's an arm puncher who doesnt set his feet properly and lacks power. He did make manny miss alot of punches, and avoided any real damage for 12 rounds.
All that being said, Mayweather would destroy Pacquiao. Floyds style of constant movement and cutting of angles would be impossible to overcome with Manny's style of rushing and constant pressure. Pacquiao will get counterpunched in exchanges, not be able to land any combos, and get frustrated then battered for 12 rounds.
