If my math is right, he owns roughly 2% of One Vanderbilt in Manhattan. 50 million investment in a building worth 3.3 billion l.

He probably owns a decimal of a percent in an investment group that partly owns the building. So yeah like youbor I owning shares in a company he technically "owns them."
