I be winkin' through the scope
body language and perception were everything last night
There you go. What you SAY is irrelevant. It's all about how you say it.
body language and perception were everything last night
so we are dumb then.
Obama has to come out in the next debate and fact check Mitt in his opening statement. I mean he has all he lies on the table go in
The "dumbness" of the American people is what Obama will be using to tout the new jobs numbers as being a good thing instead of being honest with the oublic and explaining how shytty things continue to be.
So this argument cuts both ways and both sides willfully take advantage of the general ignorance that the majority of the public labors under.
obama called him out on it right there on the stage. YET people are swearing obama lost some debate. it wasnt a debate. it was one guy saying we wont do it your way cause your way is wrong. then being asked so how will you do it MITT. then mitt saying we will do it differently. okay mitt. so how will you do things differently mitt.I didn't watch the debate, but the fundamental rule of debating is to thrash your opponent and his argument. I think everyone is saying Romney did well, not that he is a Rhodes scholar. From what you said, Obama let Romney skate, when Obama should have spent 90 minutes showing Romney doesn't have a clue.
Paul Ryan said 'It Would Take Me Too Long' to explain Mitt Romney's Tax Plan. Obama better call Romney to task, because Romney already called the voters idiots and he has no problem insulting their intelligence.
STOP LYING and PROVE IT.Personally, I don't agree with the OP. From what I can see, Mitt won in style/substance AND Facts by comparison. I think he had a well manicured response for any rebuttle Obama would have brought up.
As much as some like to pretend, Mitt clearly outlined points of his plan on the economy to health care and Obama had numerous opportunities counter his points and to state why he disagreed with him in more ways than one. I think that he just didn't because he couldn't. It's as simple as that. It's something I think some are afraid to just admit.
I think that during next debate Obama will come out swinging to some extent, so it should get interesting. But I honestly do believe that Romney has reshaped his image in a matter of hours.
lol. so you are admitting we're dumb. that STYLE is everything substance is zilch. thats pretty telling. thanks for the reply.2 weeks is just sooooooo far away damn it. but the one thing (and i do mean just ONE thing) obama has going for him is that the people who enjoyed the beatdown the first time around will surely tune in the next time around to see another ass whooping from a white man to a black man. only this time, if obama doesn't reprimand him severely, he might as well just cast his vote for romney cause this sh1t would be over.
The problem with Obama's performance was that even despite being more truthful than Romney...he didn't say anything that anyone wanted to hear. Nothing interesting or inspiring.
Speaking the truth for truth's sake is pointless (in a debate). Thats what newspapers are for. This was a performance and he let an inferior opponent shine over him...
obama called him out on it right there on the stage. mitt answers, well not like that guy.
wow thats the debate. L O L. how many times did obama expose the fact that romney wasnt saying anything? numerous times. but since obama didnt raise his voice. he wasnt smiling and making jokes about mitt and his ideas. then he lost.
STOP LYING and PROVE IT.
word for word.
lol. so you are admitting we're dumb. that STYLE is everything substance is zilch. thats pretty telling. thanks for the reply.
lol it wasn't style over substance it was style over listlessnessWow...
I'm not into politics at all. But @ people still liking style over substance in 2012. The U.S. media is horrible for hyping Romney's performance.
