Facts these fighters see shyt for what it is carny bullying a guy who doesnt need the business and does shyt because he likes to while they do it because they have to.

Mauro could fall back n do showtime boxing like he always has. Pbc/dazn/ bellator/espn boxing would pick him up as well.

Its so crazy and sad of how the wrestling business is:lupe:

Like the boxing/MMA industry, they hold it down for their peers and if shyt pops off it's easily squashed one way or the other. Only fukking wrestlers and anybody associated with wrestling tries to either be the biggest a$$hole known to man, or a pussified lame trying to get on that "cancel culture" wave. You have complete outsiders like Frank Shamrock ready to regulate on the pencil neck Graves, while the NXT roster is nowhere to be found:camby:.

I've always suspected that it comes from their insecurity about wrestling being a work. That is the reason we have so many old stories of trainers stretching their students to the point of injury, why wrestlers haze and took pride in chasing rookies out of the busines, and why wrestlers would shoot on job guys who're paid to make them look good. They're insecure about being fake tough guys that anyone could do it and as strange as it sounds given how successful and popular Mauro is as a commentator Graves sees him as an 'anyone' unlike him Jerry Lawler, Booker T, or Nigel former wrestlers.

Corey Graves Apologizes For Mauro Ranallo Comments - Wrestling Inc.

"What's up, everybody? Welcome to After The Bell, I am Corey Graves," he said, opening the show. "A ton to get to this week as we do every week but before we go any further, on a personal note, I needed to address something. This past Saturday, during the 'Takeover: WarGames' event, I sent out a tweet. It was an unpopular opinion, as I often do with the intention of just stirring up a little controversy, maybe have something fun to talk about on TV or here on the show. It was maybe not the most professional way to go about things, and it was never meant to offend or disrespect or disparage anybody. That was never my intention. If it was taken as such, I apologize deeply. That was not my intention. I would never intentionally cause anybody undue stress, especially a co-worker. So, I apologize."

Graves revealed that he watched Takeover and tweeted from his hotel room

I'm still :dwillhuh:about Graves talking like he's some sort of authority on a position that he was gifted because he was too brittle to make it as a wrestler. That's some textbook insecure cac shyt :mjlol:

I haven't watched any WWE product since 2017, but did Graves actually get good enough to be criticizing someone who has literally gone around the world doing the gig for multiple sports?
