Matt Ryan has been awful for my fantasy team.

That's all I care abkut
I tried to tell @AVXL that Matt Ryan couldn't duplicate or come close to what he did last year. Those are elite QB numbers and boy ain't like that. I don't think it's a super bowl hang over I think the QB has come back down to earth :manny:

Let's keep it a buck: Matt's been mediocre this yr in basically the same offense. Now I could give excuses like your fanbase does for your QB, but Matt has been inaccurate on deep passes (Matt was the best rated passer on passes over 20 yards last season), he's been turnover prone and just has been inconsistent. Fortunately there's time to turn it around but he's been bad at times. Not gonna defend poor play but like I said he's got time to turn it around :manny:

:dwillhuh: This has nothing to do with anyone making excuses for Cam. Look at his td:int yet we still 4-2. I don't know if y'all have as much time as you think I have y'all going 1-2 in these next 3 games.

We've run into some matchup problems in these first 5 games, teams that want to play slow and beat you up on both sides and keep the game close.

In these sorts of games you have to be able play more soundly than the other team since you get less chances throughout the game.

Falcons have made crucial errors combined with some unlucky bounces and here we are.

Unlucky bounces?

Yall one Jordan Howard drop and Golden Tate reversed call from being 1-4.

Well we had the fumble that really wasn't that gave Buffalo 7 points and two WR tipped ball ints that kept the Detroit game so close in the first place, plus another one while we were on Buffalo's side in that game.

arent the Saints over .500 for the first time in a couple years? Run along and enjoy that.

That's the problem. It's the same offense but not the same scheme. You can hand Denzel and the lil nikka who play Hakeem on Empire the same script for the same role and you're gonna get two totally different movies. Sark can't run this offense like Shanahan did. Shanny wouldn't have Gabriel running Sanu's routes if he got hurt last year. Shanny knew when and how to run the ball, February notwithstanding. Sark doesn't grasp the intricacies of playcalling at all at this point and Matt can't/won't do anything about it. He's a machine for better or worse and he's gone from getting programmed by Steve Jobs to an Amish dude.

Something is clearly off with this team.

I find it unacceptable that we lost after a bye week at home to a Jay Cutler-led team who just had an o line coach fired for snorting coke.

And we had ANOTHER big lead and blew it.

I'm not gonna be like other fans and act like this shyt is cool. It's piss poor and the Falcons haven't really been impressive all season.

They gotta get it together. At this point I'm looking at Quinn, Sark, and Ryan for blame.

I heard somebody on radio bring this up & initially I dismissed it but now I think it makes sense...how often have you heard "brotherhood" or "Brothership" this season? I remember hearing Adrian Clayborn make mention earlier this season that he hadn't met Tak yet. I bring that up because this team for whatever reason isn't as close as last year's team. You can see that lack of closeness & cohesion play out with the lack of execution late in games. I think you also see it with the lack of passion at times sometimes the guys have looked listless out there.

However I'm not gonna panic or give up on the season. We're only a half game back in the division, we have all our division games ahead of us and we're getting healthy. People forget we were 7-5 last season before we made our run. I know we haven't looked great yet but give them some time to turn it around

I dont think its too early to call duke riley a bust. Hes going to get targeted like worrilow used to. Teams are going to exploit that. I rather have Ishmael in there honestly:francis:
