Who is paying Dilfer 13 million like we are paying Ryan after bonuses? This is like Joe Johnson. Joe takes up a big part of the cap like Ryan. If Joe was 6 mil, he would be an amazing contract and value to a team but for 18 million . Ryan is in the same boat.
