We were lead to believe that.... the only problem is that Frank Costello doesn't put his NAME on anything. That would of been a tell-tell sign exposing Sullivan as the mole. The cosigner couldn't of been by Costello. He wouldn't of cared where Sullivan was staying. Plus, they would of done a background check on Costello too. It'll be a dead give away for Costello and Sullivan to be connected.
Also, DNA doesn't work like that.... UNLESS Sullivan just left the place a mess and did no clean after WEEKS, even implied MONTHS since Dingam "disappeared"... how could that DNA get connected with the murder of that time? DNA from months ago??
