And we still made the playoffs.

I will say...you saw a bunch of Freshman and Sophomores on the defense that had growing pains. That defense is going to be very very scary in 2yrs

They refused to play too much Nickel this game but they will have no choice against Bama or prepare for a shootout and hope the D can get 2-3 stops while we keep scoring.

Thanks OSU brehs. That was a great game. I think you guys absolutely roll bama too. Their defense is garbage and I think if your D line plays like they did against Clemson, you get enough stops to make it look ugly. Could be another Sermon 300 yard game

Very impt to generate pressure on Mac, throw off his timing & force him to throw off platform.

Take Najee out the game by building a lead, forcing Bama to throw.

I'm telling you. They gotta go Nickel. And they gotta either tell Wade to get back in the box/slot or stop having him play with a 10 yard cushions because this experiment just isn't working. Maybe it would be different in a normal season because he did show glimpses last night until later in the game.

They need to keep it up with the increase in safety rotation + increase in blitzing. Mac Jones does not need all day back there. I dont think these mf's have scored less than 35-40 in 2 years.

We could stand to take a page outta LSU's playbook last year and similar what we did to Clemson. Get up fast & a hurry. Let our WR's take advantage of the single high and man looks. If you wanna leave niccas out on an island with Olave or Wilson, then go right ahead. And just like Tua wasnt a threat to run last year due to being hurt, Mac isn't a thread to unathletic cac syndrome. Therefore, we have a lot more options to play around on defense compared to going against Trevor or dude from Indiana. Like you said, disrupt his timing.
