The game makes a save right before that point anyway. So if you beat the game you have a save point there. We knew that would be the case beforehand since after you beat the game it kicks you back to that point.

Cot damn man, i just came back from NeoGaf and they over there talking like ME3 is the worst game in the past 20 years. shyt, how does one become so jaded and bitter? You would think Bioware sent goons to fukk their moms or something. They been giving out free DLC left and right to an already fantastic game and its still nothing but anger over there.

While I'm not screaming to burn Bioware at the stake. I can understand the ire from the fans.

If I knew ME3 was going to end the way it would, I would have rented.

Last 20 minutes had laser guided precision shytting on your experience with the first two games.

That said, ME3 was great right up until that fukk ass ending

Good looks. I was so pissed at the ending, I turned the game off before I had a chance to find out.

No it hasn't. If nothing else Bioware has went out of their way to say "this is possibly true" to keep fans happy. I doubt it's true, but Bioware has never came out and said "this is wrong".

It's even worse for you then. If you have a save during the final mission you can play through the mission once and when you beat the game it will create a new file right before the Cerberus base then you can save and continue from there. I don't know maybe if you beat the game and let it do that already you might have an auto save there.

i dont even understand why they went down that symbolic bullshyt route. The story is simple either shepard helps destroy the reapers or he fails. If he got blown up by that last reaper blast they could've ended it with a clip of the reapers blowing up and destroying all the worlds. Or if by some chance he won just show a clip of the epic win. I knew shyt was off when they bought the ranchi when i destroyed them in the first game on some (clone shyt).

Honestly the way they did the 2nd game was brilliant looking back cuz all your decisions really mattered and had an impact for the end of the game. The biggest issue this wasnt a trilogy, you could've played the last 2 games alone and not really miss a beat.

Yea I'll pass...I didn't lose any sleep over the ending anyway. I agree with everyone who said Mass Effect 3 as a whole was one big ending, not just the last 10 minutes of the game.

I'm about this. I thought the endings were terrible, and honestly they're so bad that a few cinematic ain't gonna fix anything.
