Tell me the secrets breh
I thought he was given a version of it? :lupe:

During the fight, Abe's son Sam Wilson is shot in a fight and gravely wounded, but Captain America saves his life by giving him a transfusion of the Super-Soldier's own blood. Consequently, Wilson gains superhuman abilities comparable to those of Captain America.

That was fantastic. The opening was so intense, I was on my feet. Awesome action. I was really surprised when Sam gave the shield back. I wasn't expecting it to go down like that. He's got a bad case of imposter's syndrome. This was an excellent example of what happens when Black folks play small and give up their power. Some mediocre white man will step up to bat and take that shyt like he deserves even when he doesn't. Sam's family drama with money and legacy is so real and grounded. I feel their struggle. I always thought shield or another agency paid the Avengers. That really sucks, I mean the government subsidizes Peace Corps service, but apparently they can't help the people who help save the world? :mjlol: Really enjoyed the flashbacks with Bucky as the Winter Soldier, and his guilty conscience. The session with his therapist was very interesting. So much going on there, I hope they do more of those and I love this idea of Bucky having a list of people to repent to.

Overall, I think this first episode had some really good character setups with lots of promise for great character development. There's also plenty of sociopolitical layers ripe for juicy drama. I'm so in!

My thing with Sam....if he loses his wings, he’s kind of useless. Like, sure he can fight, but a lot of people in the marvel universe can fight.

I want him to get an upgrade, in the comic he has telepathy and can communicate with his pet hawk.:gurl:
That would be a surprise. They made Wanda more like her comic version in the end of Wandavision maybe they'll do the same thing for sam

give it to the self-claimed recovered murdering assassin killer whose mind was warped by manchurian-programming who might go rogue and start killing again at any time?

makes sense.
