That serum is bringing out the worst in US Agent. Remember.... Captain America was doing propaganda shyt after he got the juice. US Agent got the juice them watched his mans catch arguably one of the worst costumed hero deaths in Marvel history
After 20 something movies of normal humans hanging with Enhanced Beings, Gods, Aliens, and Androids, people legit forgot that a punch from a Superhuman would indeed turn a normal breh's entire chest cavity into condensed soup.

Just goes to show....it's a different type of combat that Sam, Bucky and them super soldiers are waging. Even Special Forces mofos like Walker and Battlestar are getting their boots smoked. Even the black queens cleaned nikkas up with minimal effort. Them boys was out of their league

Lol Ive never seen a costumed hero die like that. You're absolutely right.....folks are not necessarily fighting to live. Flag Smasher Bae was fighting for her life....or fighting to take a life. Either way, the combination of a person who couldn't control their powers and a person that shouldn't be out there fighting superhumans led to her making Battlestar's shoulders touch smh. Thanos didn't even do mufukkas like that

He's an antagonist, that's the point.
The point of an antagonist is to be the opposition of the protagonist. So yes, he's an antagonist but that has nothing to do with what I said.
There is unlikable antagonists (Joffrey from "GOT"), likable antagonists (Gus from "BB") and everything in between. It seems like the writers don't know how they want people to feel about John Walker because for every scene where you should be able to sympathize with him, they undermine it 2 seconds later.

He's walking around with millions of dollars worth of vibranium they gave him for free, not to mention Wakandan technology. It wouldn't make sense for them not to build in a fail safe.

Lets be honest though...
Wandavision didnt become edge of your seat stuff until episode 4 and by then set up some unfair expectations. I do think WV was more focused and feels less condensed.
Different vibes though.
