The serum doesnt slow the aging process....and second is because Cap stayed behind after dropping off the stones and married Peggy...
The Serum does slow the aging process, and Marvel Cinematic Universe needs to explain how Steve aged

Since when does it slow down the aging process that heavily??? Steve was frozen in ice same way bucky was, the reason he aged was because he lived his full life with Peggy...

I do believe i’ve read that the Super Serum formula does indeed slow the aging process though i’m not aware of how drastically it does in the comics.
One of the reasons Sam became Captain America in the comics was because Steve had the serum drained from him and he increased his aging rapidly

I understand this and i’m not really arguing the fact just saying that both facts perhaps could be true in the MCU given the serum’s age slowing wasn’t something super significant
