The writing for Daredevil's supporting cast was terrible, they came across as selfish a$$holes.

It's gotta be kept in mind that the Iron Fist we're seeing didn't even come close to finishing his training. Danny talks a lot of shyt in Iron Fist and Defenders but he really doesn't know what the fukk he's doing. That's why the legit martial arts masters are always calling him a dumbass and saying he sucks.

Right now Daredevil would woop Danny's ass and the only reason Danny would even stand a chance is because he can sometimes call on the Iron Fist.

that's fair. even still, Daredevil's fight skills are overstated IMO. the fact he could stand against Elektra who obviously had super strength is weird lol

Can I just say, I really hate Ironfist. I hate hearing the words "the hand", b'gudo' and "i am the ironfist...whateverdafux. kun lun" Its said too much.

And there's just something about a rich kid who's parent die traumatically in front of him, then he joins an orientalist cult, secret society, and later returns home as a force of justice. SO str8 out of corny Batman ripoff kinda

Just cause elektra got a super strength upgrade didn't mean shyt DD was a fukking beast and was able to hold his own.... strength means nothing vs finesse and technique.

I don't think the show is bad, it has it's problems but I don't operate on that "GOAT/TRASH" scale like most people around here do. It's good show that could have been better with a tighter script and a better Iron Fist. Some are in here talking about it was supposed to be Netflix's Avengers or be some huge game changer when it was never being sold as that.

Marvel Netflix are 3 for 4, you have a series that has 3 popular characters combined with no need for backstory. Are you saying it's absurd to expect that the sum of these parts would produce something good (not even great) in whole? Now it was never suppose to be this or that? Come on dude what's with the grading on a curve..

A team up in a comic book show but we should taper our expectations it's just meant to be another show nothing special lol

Kristen Ritter killed every scene she was in and were my favorite scenes from the start as well. Charlie Cox, Simone Missick, and Rosario Dawson killed their scenes as well. Shoutout to Madame Gaos actress as well.

only scene I didn't like was where iron fist says his glowing hand is "chi" and she replies "it's not". It was so forced and unnatural. There were other questionable scenes that just seemed iffy too like the deliberation scene with Luke. I get what they were trying to do but the execution was horrible. Like if DD can only sense hand in the basement what the fuk is there left to discuss? It just went on with them basically being like oh please please please lukey luke can we kindly blow this building? Sucked the air out of the room


Ps I thought Luke was a regular dude who out of necessity has taken it upon himself to fight crime "to save Harlem".. In defenders it seems he's totally embraced a hero complex, we can't blow up the hand other ppl will die, FOOH

This was fire although I didn't like how IF was the central character - dude is a terrible actor trying to be brooding an shyt. Not strong enough to revolve the plot around but fortunately Luke, DD, JJ and all the side characters were on their A game. He was cool in the 3rd ep cause he was kicking a few jokes then he went straight back to being a bytch. I fukking hate that low tone he uses when he speaks as well.
