Luke still doesn't match base Hulk. Luke isn't even stronger than Colossus or Grimm. He's a notch above Spidey levels. He's somewhere with average Asguardian levels.

Luke has one-shotted Ben Grimm before and fought him to a stalemate at least three -four times.

Luke has also DEFEATED Atlas, Doom, Doc Samson, Zaxx, Orka, and Juggernaut. So he definitely can hang in the upper tier

On ep 2 and all i can think of is how much i need a season 3 of daredevil. This first fight scene is on point. The hand shyt was nerfed in daredevil season 2, and I hate how they made the hand a villain for iron fist too (which immediately explained why they changed their outfits from red like my man's joint in daredevil s01 to the black season 2 version) cause danny's rogues gallery is trash. They shoulda figured that part out before they jumped off any of the netflix shyt. Jeph Loeb fukkin up

I do have a feeling that they'll splinter it off into factions based off ideological shyt, and just bled hand mythology into iron fist solely so they could do that. And they couldn't use hydra for iron fist like the books cause MCU fans are all hydra'd out at this point. Davos doesn't look or talk like someone Danny should be worried about, bad casting. And The iron fist being created SOLELY to face the hand is some booboo...




Anyway if anyone has 1080 links i'd appreciate, NTB preferably.

American vocal cadence doesn't always mesh well with that british performing arts classically trained bullshyt, and both Finn Jones & Henwick's lines are being delivered flat, Colleen Wing + Iron fist = stale ass dialogue

Or maybe it's on the director + bad editing. I don't know.

I like how w/ the luke cage show they gave Misty a zen ability to look at a crime scene and mentally engineer what happened there, that gives her something to admire in Danny Rand cause his training at K'un L'un gave him similar third eye vision, and a relationship could bud based on that...

or at least he was supposed to have that kind of vision/knowing. this netflix version seems like a white boy with a glowing fist minimal skills no wisdom and that's it. Intellectually he's basically supposed to be thor. They dropped the ball...

Yall really complaining about Luke Cage's power levels. All these years of comic book movies and tv shows and yall still haven't learned that comic book characters are always nerfed.

That's what I'm saying. Every single MCU character across the board has gone through huge nerfs, including all of the Defenders.

I know it's beating a dead horse, but the biggest disappointment in this show was the fact there were no callbacks to the greater MCU. I get it; we're not gonna see RDJ or Benedict Cumberbatch in any of this..but shyt can we get some sort of bone thrown? Someone ask them if they're Avengers, or break out a gun made from Chitauri/Ultron technology...they did it in Luke Cage, why the fukk not here?

If Tony Stark discovered Spiderman from a YouTube video, I know he saw Luke Cage fighting Diamondback in the "recommended videos" panel on the right
