Insomniac laid so many seed in the first game and MM expansion that I can't see how they fluff this.

There are so many threads they can play with:

1)Norman Orsborne as the Green Goblin
2) Harry Osborne as Venom and Miles having to step in as the voice of reason to PP
3) Symbiote Spiderman and Miles having to knock him back to his senses
4) Kraven The Hunter having some sort of involvement in all the chaos
5) Harry Osborne becoming New Goblin/Hobgoglin
