Dude came across mad offended because I said what 90% of Marvel fans think of this game so far lol, imma marvel Stan, I’d LOVE for this game to be good, but so far this shyt looks straight out of 2012

This game pretty much lost me when i found out Ms Marvel was going to be the token minority character.
1)You can have more than one poc.
2) Black Panther is clearly the most popular character right now and they limiting him to a potential DLC. just like the movies sidelining him. Give Panther his due, he deserves to be a list. Nobody wanted to play as a female mr fantastic


Another factor that has me doubtful is the game design, most people are complaining about the combat or how the characters look. That all seems perfectly fine to me. My issue is i thought this was going to be an open world game like Spiderman ps4. but everything i've seen so far looks like it's largely on rails and linear. Especially the iron man sections


Maybe the overreached with this game. Perhaps instead they should've focus on one avenger and had cameos from the rest of the cast. Like make this a Thor Game, and he just teams up with Hulk at one point or a Black Panther game etc. Like they did with the Batman arckham series.

This is like doing a Justice League game instead, perhap an overreach.

I mean shyt...look at Spider-Man, that’s what happens when you use all of your focus and resources on just one hero’s character, skill/power set, Backstory, villains and supporting characters with just mentions/hints of other hero’s, Peter looks and sounds nothing like any of his Movie counterparts, but he is still his very own fleshed out character, all these Avenger heroes look like parody/budget versions of who they’re supposed to be

I like how Mr. Negative wasn’t the main villain, they threw that dope ass curveball when you fought Spidey’s rouge gallery just like with Batman.

I just feel like M.O.D.O.K is a waste

There's a strong disconnect and I think it's straight up Marvel's fault.

Almost every marvel game I've played before the MCU took over was at the very least fun.

Even if they weren't amazing they captured the spirit of the characters.

The problem with marvel games now is the MCU is soooo heavily pushed you can't just make a marvel game without the GOTG or avengers with certain members being pushed down your throat. And if I can feel that as a consumer, the devs and publishers must get it times 100.


Those MCU movie watchers that only know characters from the movie aren't going to hype up your marvel game.

For them those actors are the characters, hence why this avengers games seems so off

Realistic marvel character that are model after random joe blow doesn't connect with the comic book fans nor the MCU crowd

Capcom and X-Men legends laid the blue print.

Just make marvel games that are comic book artsy, don't have to have gotg, avengers and Thanos in it and profit

If there's a game I truly feel like deserves an indefinite delay and overhaul I don't know many ppl really looking forward to it as is, and even less who would feel any kinda way about a delay. How they gonna make a content-based game and expect ppl to cash out on these characters that look like an app store Avengers game? I don't buy any of that shyt anyway but I know they're banking on it

Honestly it just looks like this should've been done in the ps3/360 eraMaybe it'll be more fun actually playing but Spider-Man and Batmans Arkham series Origins included set the bar. Xmen Legends, Hulk Ultimate Destruction, Wolverines game, Marvel Ultimate Alliance were all great and unique in their own ways. Square Nix getting this franchise was the first major issue
