If true, no X-Men HURTS. My teams from mvc2 and mvc3 were based off Sentinel so not having him anymore would sucks. But maybe we'll see the return of Blackheart. They can bring back Captain Commando too while they're at it. They bring those two back I'll be alright with the absence of x-men.
Capcom should unload that Rival Schools roster.

I'd guess to say we'd see the new teams, aka the young xmen and storm, kitty, old man logan, night crawler and peter. As well as a bunch of inhumans and anyone dealing with the MCU right now.
Capcom would be the really interesting roster, they have alot to pull from right now. I mean they always have but there is so much they can use that isn't streetfighter based because alot of those characters are going to be in sf5 going forward.

If this is true, I would like to see how the mechanics change. Mobility is too huge of a factor in MvC, and if you can't fly/teleport you can't cut it. I think they should do a universal air dash or something, because dashing while flying made runaway characters golden.

TvC had that and while I like the game it didn't feel like marvel but a anime fighter.

I see what you saying, but can a man dream.
You gotta give the characters something. Marvel characters at their base are just doper in the game, but Capcom should go over the top with their characters. Its like they make the Capcom characters just a tad weaker just because. Capcom tried shyt with Virgil/Dante/Morrigan and cool shyt with Phoenix Wright, but the rest of the Capcom side feels like they are lacking.
Also, give MegaMan his X transformation back from MvC2.
