Game is fun, but at the same time it's not catered to my style just like sfv isn't. I'm at 13th rank and I doubt I improve much unless I play cheap ass Dormammu.
i'm fine with the fighters. you just mad you gotta hold that L you took from me in this game. I think the last time we played Tekken I beat you too. I know I'd smash you in Soul calibur series and Umvc3.You stay with the excuses when it comes to fighters. Perhaps you just aren't a fighter.

More of a umvc3/mvc3/mvc2 player which this game IS NOT. And that was nice set we played in which I beat you 5 to 3. Talking about opening weekend as if me and you didn't have the same amount of time with the game. Just hold your L's, son.You get a win here and there, but never really a definitive set and certainly not a blow out worth proclaim of holding any Ls. You tend to run offline the moment you gain any win and be afraid to play again. You did have like 1 win over me opening weekend of Marvel, but ran off after a very brief stint of playing, with the typical excuse as to why, lol. Funny enough, I recall you saying you were more of a marvel player, which I found to be a hilarious surprise that you were simply spamming Auto-combo. It's okay to admit to not be about that fighter life, son.

you keep saying opening weekend like that matters. this whole new game, marvel or not you took that L to me. And, currently I'm trying to get my rank back. I'm not really worried about you coli bruhs.I'm saying opening weekend as I barely knew the game and don't play marvel much period and yet, ever since you've been afraid to run a match back cuz you know that the results wouldn't be the same having the game just that much longer. You afraid to even join a room with others in here cuz you don't want the Coli to see how you scum, stating you'd rather play random in casual. Been this way in all the fighters that the Coli cats have played since as far as I can remember. AdrianTheTamedBeast indeed. As stated, it's okay to admit that you more of a casual fighter, at best.
After 2 weeks with the game, I think I am done. I have never been into rushdown strategies, and that is the only thing that works in this game.
It's just rushdown 50/50 and everything is a hit confirm into 50%+ combos.
As a defensive zoner, I know my style of play isn't the most entertaining to watch, but is that the only thing that matters? ESports?
I have to fall back on the only thing that works for me, which is the reality stone, and now everyone is complaining about that.
They need to increase chip damage.
Amazing how they squandered every bit of hype they had with that initial reveal where people were freaking out. They deserve it though. It's 3 games in a row now they haven't used my man Captain CommandoThis shyt just looks uninspiring. I literally yawned during that BP reveal. Meanwhile NR crushing buildings with that atom revel
Capcom continues to go in the wrong direction. The gem system looks like a lot of fake depth. I know the internet and money makes it faster, but it feels like the game is 80% solved already, where MVC2 took years. It looks like metagame changes will only come from new busted characters, and balance changes. MVC2 took like 4 years to really understand and flesh out with no patches. Even UMVC3, which I didn't like, had some changes and discoveries a couple years in. They need to go back to the drawing board and try to make something good again. Do something like Grooves, instead of gimmicks like the gems.
