I hope Jennifer doesn't die. She was so understanding towards Lilia like a true high priestess. Billy/William is sketchy, Agatha is straight up shady and I can't really get behind them

Was Teen the black heart from the original vision Lilia wrote? Because of the sigil she couldn’t write his name.
Agatha assumed it was Rio. So Agatha may have been trying to save them.
I’m starting to feel like we are going to get a “ Fullmetal Alchemist” reveal of what actually happened to Nicholas and why Agatha got the Darkhold.
The Darkhold was her trying to cheat death to resurrect her son. That’s why she studied the Scarlet Witch and was obsessed with Wanda.

Jen didn’t gain power from her trial is the only difference I can see.
Lilia and Alice both gained something then used it to save the others. Jen simply used knowledge she already (antidote and healing Teen) had but had lost confidence in herself. Sharon drank too much poison.
Rio hasn’t actually killed anyone and I’m not sure she physically can. Only bring about the circumstances of a death.( “i hate ghost” ie cheating death)
Jen may die but it would be her trying to save someone more than likely vs the road killing her.
In general I'm right there with you, but this was good writing so I really enjoyed this episode. Very well put together with quality character building and nuggets dropped throughout that made the payoff worth it.
Had to catch up. Watched episodes 5 6 and 7 today

Jen saving Teen and the reactions from Lilia and Alice seems to imply that Jens powers are self bound like theirs are. She just has to believe in herself
Sharon wasn't a real witch and therefore couldn't really be part of the coven or the trials. Agatha was doing her usual foolishness when she recruited her. I'm also confused on the whole purpose of having the need for a "Green witch" when technically that is exactly what Jennifer is.
Jennifer is an 11th generation root worker. She uses the magick properties of plants, roots and soils to make her potions and heal. Jennifer uses "green magick". If Rio is really the cosmic entity death then her role in the coven is most likely invalid just like Sharon's. Sharon was just a regular human not worthy to be on the road or participate in the trials and Rio is an immortal entity that is beyond the road and the trials.
Lilia says Jennifer is the way forward because Jennifer is a healer and preserver of life and that puts her in direct opposition with Rio who is death the taker of life.

I’m thinking that at end, Wanda gets “resurrected “ , which then she meets her son Billy. Then her solo movie could be about her and Billy trying to find Tommy.

They aren’t powerless in the same way.
Something was done to Jen. The psychological effect may be the same but she has been “bound” from accessing her power.
Alice and Lilia just felt their powers were hurting more than helpful so they just stopped using them. We saw Alice’s power flicker on in the basement before the road opened.
Death is life. It’s apart of the cycle.
Rio came out of Sharon’s grave. I think Jen uses earth as apart of the mix of ingredients. Moonlight, water, soil, hair, etc. She’s a potion witch.
I’m assuming the ” all roads lead to me” is the green witch trial and we will learn exactly what it is in comparison to the others.
If Agatha really was trying to avoid the black heart member by substituting Sharon/Ms Hart. It might because Death is always a member of the coven on the witches road. That’s why Agatha is the only survivor.
