All this is just to devalue the properties they don't have in order to eventually get them back in the long run. You throw it to the back and devalue down it to the point where it becomes an even bigger risk to invest in which allows you to buy it back cheaper or create some sort of co-deal in the future. Whilst the movies have to always be making bank. Next generation will not have a major cartoon series or other materials of X-MEN or Fantastic Four to grow up on, so the fanbase and value of the properties in turn will not grow outside of the movies and the movies whilst successful and sustainable haven't broken out the way they should have, especially the X-MEN films :patrice:. The last film(reboot) deviated from what they were originally going to do and relied on nostalgia from fans of the original trilogy. Now they're going to end it in three years and the main actors are moving on.

It's going to be all about The Avengers, Guardians of The Galaxy and Spider-Man for the youngins for the next 10 years and foreseeable future, whilst X-MEN and Fantastic Four will get the treatment The Avengers got back in the 90's.

Mickey Mouse gotta try harder. X-Men makin too much bread and these petty antics are not gonna work.

Dunno why they just don't try and come up with a let's be friends deal like they did with Sony for Spidey.

Rupert Murdoch probably like

with these tactics and Disney's offers to try and get X-men back. It's just not happening.

Meanwhile, Time Warner/DC doesn't have this problem. Disney/Fox/Sony better find a way to share their shyt all together, because the potential for DC to have their entire universe go ham in their movies would be incredible on screen.

I feel like F4 would fit the MCU's tone a lot better plus allow for more interesting developments down the road,I wonder if there's some sorta partial deal they could work out:ehh:
They definitely cookin fine by themselves on the mutant side though

Warner Bros does not have the Disney issue since Time Warner owns DC. Their shyt isn't split up like Marvel. That Supes vs Batman will do a Billion EASY. And we all know the Justice League film will cake easy as well.

How well they develop their secondary characters will be the key.

All I'm saying is that DC doesn't have the issue that marvel has with their shyt all split up with movie rights. Disney just needs to cut the check or come up with a let's be friends deal because Fox aint giving up those Mutant rights due to petty tactics by Disney.
