To act like you can't make comedy about the changes in your life and income is strange to me.

Yeah I never really liked Jaime's standups, they have all been terrible.

But the worst black comedian hands down in my eyes is Ricky Smiley. Dude has been telling the same church granny jokes for 20 years. You can look it up, every special or show he has done, it's literally the same shyt. I don't understand how he continues to get booked.

As far as what Jaime was saying about older comedians is somewhat truthful, stand up comedy has always been a springboard prerequisite into bigger things. Staying on the road, traveling non stop for not a lot of money takes it's toll after a while. Chris tucker was a hot comedian but he didn't do it for a long time. He was 20 when he went on def jam and then months later he got the role in Friday and his career took off.
