Over the top yes, but calling you by an ex's name is a huge red flag. It's a sign she really isn't over her ex and isn't that in to him. But yeah he reacted the wrong way.

was it an ex’s name? At the same time he just met the girl, it’s not as bad as it sounds. shyt I’ve called my wife a different name before (not an ex). No biggie. Thry should have had a discussion. Not a blow up and he said and did some things that there’s no coming back from IMO
I think it was an Ex name (Im pretty sure they didn’t play the name). If it was a family member name then that’s different. He doesn’t trust her because she’s an admitted cheater, called him another person name and he’s learning her in an unconventional way. He’s a dramatic guy, so I figured he would flip out like that. I wouldn’t flip out like that but the experiment would be a wrap for me. I would go through the motions of the show but definitely wouldn’t stay married. He is right to not like that shyt. He over-reacted with how he communicated and locking her out the house. She would definitely be pissed if he called her by his Ex name.

Oh, I didn’t catch that part. If he over reacting about being called someone on the show then that’s different. So it must’ve been a casual conversation and Johnny name came out. Folk either love or hate readheads. But I don't think she's a natural redhead so there's that. I think the fact that he likes to do a lot of outdoursy shyt and travel and she can't even get on a plane without hyperventilating doesn't help the attraction either.
