It's deeper than your financial situation. If you're unequally yoked spiritually, you will fail. I can guarantee it wasn't just the so called stress from finances that broke up their previous marriages.

Being spiritually bonded improves your ability to pull through the difficulties of marriage. If everybody is selfish in that situation and looking out for themselves, then there is no chance. Which most people are selfish, so yeah.
I was gonna say, as much of a joke as I think organized religion is, I kind of wish society was more religious as it's obvious most people are not able to find better direction on their own

We are losing our sense of community, our empathy, our overall faith in humanity. People are creating their own personal religions, and they are almost all shytty. Trump, hating Trump, clout chasing, fake feminism, fake black consciousness etc it's all bullshyt. Most people are stupid and need to be told how to live and what to believe :snoop:

The stock of decent wife able women is at all time low

That's a lie

The title of this article is terrible, but the study under it seems sound

Is There a Shortage of Men Worth Marrying?

New research identifies an interesting quirk in the marriage market that might explain declining rates of marriage (Lichter, Price, & Swigert, 2019). Taking an economic approach, the authors argue that there's a fundamental mismatch between what available men in the United States have to offer and what available women in the United States are willing to accept. Maybe, they propose, women aren't getting married because the highly desirable men are taken.

I see it in the kids I grew up with. If a dude makes decent money he's basically guaranteed to have a well paid + attractive wife. But it's a crap shoot for women. I know a lot of women making good money who are single in their mid to late 30s and starting to get desperate :lupe: But broke dudes are completely out of the picture. I don't know what the answer is but I'm not sure it's settling. Would you?

Equate an attractive woman to a good wifeable woman breh. Just because a woman looks good doesn’t mean she is good.

Secondly how the hell would you know the stock out there when you’re married?

plus I only cavort with black women again something you would know nothing about

Even though marriage rates are dropping people are still making families. Also people need to understand that most divorces are caused by financial reasons. The American dream is noting more American debt. Average wedding cost $24,000. Then the couple gets a mortgage, they have tons of credit card debt and student loans debt, not to mention they start financing cars so their average car payment is $500 a month. So this couple could have the man making $75,000 a year and the wife $60,000. Combined its $135,000 which seems a lot however they have so much debt they ban rely can stay above water. Probably about $500,000 in total debt! So the stress of debt affects them. The woman nags, the man
gets annoyed and within 3 years they split.
There is noting wrong with marriage however if you are gonna get married find out your significant others in personal financial situation beforehand . See what they think of money. Ask them random questions to see what their spending habits are. See what they think about living on a budget. The majority of Americans are financially fukked up and the numbers match the divorce rate. If you gonna get married both people need to have the same mindset with money if not it’s gonna lead to major problems long term.

finances is a crutch for falling marriage rates

the truth is trust and loyalty is at an all time low

being broke has some effect, im sure, but most people are just scared of being played when you get down to the root of it
How can you trust or be loyal if you’re not secure on multiple fronts? Especially financially.

Ding ding ding! A lot of articles and studies focus on men's marriageability while completely ignoring women's marriageability from a man's viewpoint.

Cuz they focus on money and careers.

They ignore that men don’t see women as marriage material if she:

Is fat or out of shape
Has kids
Is mentally unhealthy
Is a hoe or had abortions
Is entitled
Has a bad attitude
Is outside of her mid to late 20s

And that’s damn near every woman looking to get married
