I had an epiphany that as a couple that is sincerely considering marriage is having an honest and uncomfortable conversation about expectations of one another. Don’t wanna find out things within it. The Christian Church frowns on cohabitation aka shacking up. I shacked up before and none has made it so I won’t recommend it, however, I bring it up because you have to know who each other really are prior to marriage. So, communicate heavily.

That's one part of the game now...another part is that a broad you meet that might have her game tight might have her own house now, and she ain't trying to sell her asset to move into your chit. That's how you got these couples that are married but live in separate houses...
well I do I know several that have made a family and not married
now wheter they intentionally did not want to or maybe they just have been procrastinated could be argued
but it exist and others I have seen have given their anecdotal evidence saying the same thing.
Plus just as you said a structure like this is a disaster you can say the same for marriage

This is probably the best option for a man. In the old times men used to marry and still roam the world looking for opportunity and conquest. Civilization still continued. Meanwhile women today feel men need to be more like women instead the of the men that they are. It's disgusting.
Can't wait until I'm single again. I'll just travel and date internationaly. I think I'm officially over women in America. Way too demanding and too little substance. I envy you bro but will be you very soon.
