lol at first the movement felt off. but I turned off gyro, and now the tennis matches feel great. But I'm still lost on how to use the skills like I see everybody I face using. shyt ain't easy on a competitive level.
Man just stop playing love the game.

I thought the power moves would be free points but it actually balances out really well. Everything cost meter, you definitely have to have good meter management
You still have to be online because you're streaming the game but there is vs cpu

The pre alpha version is, but I STRONGLY recommend that you not play it.

Yea no motion controls is a deal breaker for me right now.
Game seems interesting but I agree. I wish there were motion controls as well.

Full game has a "swing mode" that lets you play like Wii Tennis.
Apparently tennis world tour is out June 12th for switch. I'll see what it's about. 30 different players, create a player, and 18 courses (grass, clay, hardwood, hard, carpet), has online play too and local two player, vs or doubles. If it has motion controls then it's a go.

that it does. I imagine they work well too, and its even dope that you can play regular tennis matches without the powerups and what not. Its tough. We all love Mario but if we can get real tennis, real golf, real baseball and real racing...whats the point other than our beloved characters, cool levels and powerups? If we get a good tennis sim game then im closer to achieving my switch bucket list. I'll just want a golf one next.
