For the world cup a lot the stadiums end up basically abandoned if they weren't being used before the WC. No security so anything of value gets ripped out, no one's paying money for maintenance so all the facilities become nonoperational.

Cacs hold most of the power, socialism would literally attempt to equalize the resouces between all people so teaming up on resources based on race would be essentially worthless.
